|Recommended: YesCompared to many of the Riverside county apartments, you’re getting a lot from Stella at a really great price. The community is gated, and the leasing office is making strides to keep the community a lot more secure. Everyone gets at least one assigned spot to park and generally, it’s close to your apartment. The apartment has an amazing cottage tub, an in unit washer dryer, and all appliances.
I think there’s always room to grow, but the grounds are beautifully taken care of, maintenance is so quick to come to a solution, and the apartments are QUIET. I live in the middle of the unit on the ground floor and never hear my neighbors. Never.
The gym, pool, and playground are always kept clean and tidy.
Things to consider
sometimes the mailboxes get broken into, randomly, but this is something the leasing office is monitoring.
There are lots of stray cats.
The dog park is not secure for little dogs. . Like everywhere, some people don’t clean up after their dogs.
|Recommended: NoUpstairs neighbors are the worst. The ceiling is low quality so you hear ever step. Everyone is loud early in the morning with no consideration for anyone’s peace.
